I ordered a vehicle in 2024. Called four times for update over a 6 week period. 15 minute holds and manager never picked. Last call salesman assured me a return call. Never happened. Over 3 months since original order. Contacted So Bay Ford. Order completed within 24 hours. Received verification from Ford Motor the following Day. Bought a 2022 Tremor and my brother a 2024 Super duty Tremor from Poterville. They didn't care.

Porterville Ford dealership is serious about making customers satisfied. We are a happy customers. The whole team was attentive and personable. Selena was nice but did not know much about Silverado trucks, perhaps because she was only used to Ford.

James Ward the Service Manager is very abrasive and just plain mean. He seriously told me the only customers that give them bad reviews are the ones they refuse to do business with. Well guess what, I will never do business business with them again. This experience after doing business with them for at least 15 years has left me stunned. They couldn't even remember us or the work order booked a couple of weeks ago. Yeah, we are done.

Service is excellent, everyone was welcoming and friendly, made the care buying experience amazing and fun.

I bought my car and two hours later got the check engine light on. It’s been about a week and still haven’t gotten my car back from being “fixed”

Ivan has had my car for 5 days. It’s an oil change and diagnostic test done. As of day 3, no oil change done and no explanation for why the engine light is on. Why not call and communicate with the customer either the inability to find something wrong, do what you can do like change the oil, and suggest the customer take it to someone who can service it? No communication for 5 days. I have to call. If busy, why not tell the customer to bring in on a specific date for service? Why not call the customer and say we can’t determine what’s going on and don’t want to hold onto your car longer than necessary? Why not communicate something? How is this place so busy that they can’t communicate with their customers but they have to be closed on the weekends because business is so slow? I can’t tell what’s real and what’s xxxxxxxx. What is real, is that you will be without your car for a really long time over an oil change and diagnostic test and no one will call you to tell you what’s going on. Which is xxxxxxxx. I know other dealerships are busy right now but at least they have staff who communicate with the clients.

I really liked the dealership process of purchasing my ford maverick. I would say it was smooth and practical with no headaches what so ever.
